Startup Registration Request

Please use this form to register WEG Drive and Soft Starter Start-ups completed by WEG-authorized service personnel. For AC drives and soft starters, please upload the completed WEG AC Startup Registration Form with this submission. For DC drives, please upload the completed WEG DC Startup Registration Form with this submission.

Note: Requests submitted without a completed form or the incorrect form will be rejected.

Successful registration will result in the extension of the registered product warranty to 36 months from the date of shipment from WEG Electric Corp. See the Drives and Soft Starters catalog for additional information.
