WEG is proud to introduce the CPTW – a new line of single-phase control power transformers. The CPTW is the best solution for accommodating the momentary current inrush caused when electromagnetic components are energized. Our transformers range from 50 to 5000 VA with high-grade silicon steel laminations and completely encapsulated core. Designed to optimize performance and meet or exceed UL, cUL, CSA, and CE standards, the CPTW line offers the quality, reliability, and uncompromising performance that you have come to expect from WEG. The CPTW is a great addition for current and future WEG customers, distributors, and panel builders.
Standard Features for the CPTW include:
- Pre-installed secondary fuse clips for all models up to 750VA
- Built-in mounting plate for easy installation of all optional fuse blocks up to 3kVA.
- Built-in, finger-safe terminals are molded into the transformer, providing extra deep barriers to reduce the chance of a short circuit from frayed leads or careless wiring.
- A full quarter inch of thread on the terminal screws prevents stripping and pullout.
- Mounting plate is made of heavy gauge steel to add strength and provide stability.
- Slotted mounting feet permit easy and flexible installation.
- Easy to read labels with power specifications, agency listings and part number.
- Wiring Diagram label on product for both primary and secondary taps.
