DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the signup for WEG Automation University Regional Training. We want to make sure you are aware of a few things before you sign up: \n\nYou must register for the class to attend.\nRegional training classes are different daily\, so please select the training you’d like to attend.\nRegional training requires the completion of online training before arrival to participate.\nOnly book your hotel or flights once you have a confirmation you are in the class and your prerequisites are completed.  You will be sent an email to confirm you can do this.\n\n*REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED EVENT* \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nTuesday: Automation Products Selection and Sizing\n\n\n\n\n\nOverview: This class is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills to select and size automation products effectively. Throughout the course\, you will learn how to build a combination starter\, select the correct contactor\, VFD\, and soft start\, and participate in hands-on labs to reinforce your learning.\n\n\n\nWho Is This Class For: This training is for people looking to correctly size contactors\, VFDs\, and soft starts for motor control applications. It includes Inside Sales\, Outside Sales\, Product Specialists\, and Engineers handling the design of control panels. \nCurriculum Description \n \n\n\n\nWednesday & Thursday: Drives and Soft Starters\n\n\n\n\nOverview: This class provides hands-on training with the complete range of WEG variable frequency drives (VFDs) and soft start product offerings. Specific emphasis is focused on WEG Drive and Soft Start offerings. The class will give participants the fundamental understanding required to install and start up WEG low-voltage Drives and Soft Starters.\n\n\nWho Is This Class For: This is for Product Specialists and Controls Professionals looking for hands-on experience setting up drives. \nCurriculum Description \n \n\n\n\nFriday: Pump Genius\n\n\n\n\nOverview: This hands-on training course is designed to give participants a fundamental understanding of the configuration and application of WEG’s Pump Genius. You will gain the skills needed to utilize this powerful tool effectively through practical exercises and real-world scenarios.\n\n\n\nWho Is This Class For: This is for Product Specialists and Controls Professionals who have completed the “Basic Drives and Soft Starters” class and will be working with pump applications. \nCurriculum Description \n \n\n\n\nIn order to be able to attend please review the list of prerequisites required to attend: \nRegional Training Information and Prerequisites \n***DO NOT BOOK HOTEL OR FLIGHTS UNTIL CONFIRMATION***
