WEG SSW7000 Medium Voltage Soft Starter Training

This class provides in-person, hands-on, classroom training for qualified personnel to enable them to perform standard application start-ups and basic troubleshooting of WEG SSW7000 medium voltage soft-starters. The student will be able to control and operate the WEG SSW7000 soft-starter, understand and navigate programming hierarchy, perform oriented start-ups, and identify and troubleshoot basic faults.

Objective: Train professionals to control and operate the WEG SSW7000 Soft-Starter

Prerequisites: Knowledge of electrical principles, power electronics and control circuits. The ability to use multi-meters, amp clamps, oscilloscopes and computers. Understanding of safety practices regarding medium voltage.
