This one (1) day course is conducted from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and includes a 30 minute lunch break. The training format is designed to balance theory and application, with approximately 70% instructor-led lecture and 30% hands-on exercises.

WEG Training Safety Policy WEG offers a variety of training classes that involve hands-on work with low-level voltages (120 VAC, 208 VAC, and 460 VAC). To safeguard participants during these sessions, WEG adheres to an Arc Flash Policy aligned with the standards set forth in NFPA 70E. As part of these safety requirements, all students must wear non-melting, untreated, natural fiber long pants while attending class. This clothing standard is mandatory to ensure personal protection when working with training equipment.

This two(2) day course is conducted from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and includes a 30 miute lunch break each day. The training format is designed to balance theory and application, with approximately 30% instructor-led lecture and 70% hands-on exercises.

Optional: Authorized start-up for WEG Low Voltage Drives and Low Voltage Soft Starters. To participate, you must:

• Be an authorized WEG distributor, system integrator, or OEM.
• Complete the in-person hands-on test at the end of class. The test takes up to 2 hours to complete, but most people complete it in under 1 hour.
• Complete a computer-based test within 30 days of completing the class, which can take up to an additional 2 hours.

• Identify and troubleshoot faults.
